Our ambition

Complexity is what best characterizes our world. Unexpected" events are rushing at us: pandemics, intense climatic events, etc. And they are going to become more frequent and more intense (IPCC). At the same time, the increasing scarcity of resources is a reality that we can all feel: oil, metals, rare earths... And 6 soon 7 of the 9 planetary limits have been exceeded. Businesses are well aware of this, since they see these events as the most important risks they will have to manage over the next 10 years (WEF Risk Report).

How can we be prepared to ensure the functioning of our organizations (companies, communities, associations) in such an unpredictable world? How can we make them robust?

All traditional planning approaches based on a stable world are obsolete. So which way should we go?

We are convinced that the future of organizational management in a complex world lies in a systems approach. We are convinced that this approach must be based on the principles of living systems, which have been operating for over a billion and a half years.

So let's bring out the systemic actors for a regenerative world, who will be there to guide organizations in navigating complexity.

Who we are

We are a non-profit association founded by former and current employees of a large IT company who are part of a movement called “Life Centred Design”, whose aim is to promote systemic approaches in business.

In corporate environment, we have carried out projects in a systemic way (e.g. related to human rights regulations). It became clear to us that it was very difficult to obtain a long-term commitment and therefore to bring them to a successful conclusion.

It was obvious that we needed to become advocates of systemic approches and to that end, we had the idea of creating a training center. A place where anyone and everyone can come and be trained and transformed by systemic methodologies and the mindset that accompanies them.

Axel and Laurent are the main training facilitators.

Axel brings his intuition and experience of training in organizations. Laurent has used and developed systemic approaches and will share his experience with you.

We are supported by Claire, Clotilde, Serge, Sylvain and Joseph for the French-speaking part, and more widely by a network of Life Centred Designers in Europe and beyond.
